It is crucial to guarantee that participants are varied and representative of the product's user base. Moderator Guide

The moderator guide is typically divided into sections, with each section covering a specific aspect of the testing process, such as introductions, warm-up questions, task scenarios, and debriefing questions. To use the moderator guide, the moderator should review it thoroughly in advance, familiarizing themselves with the questions, tasks, and prompts. During the usability testing session, the moderator should follow the guide closely, asking questions and providing prompts as needed to keep the testing on track and gather the necessary data. 1:1 Usability Test
Moderating a usability test is a critical component of evaluating a product's user experience.
